Terms & Conditions – Fhullbring Jamaica Google

By purchasing this service, you agree to the following terms:

  • Ownership & Maintenance

    • Your Google Business Profile and any logo provided as part of this service are maintained and managed by Fhullbring Jamaica.

    • You are effectively renting this service under our care. As part of your monthly maintenance plan, we handle all updates, support, and visibility management.

  • Logo Policy

    • If you do not have a logo, Fhullbring Jamaica will create one for you free of charge as a courtesy.

    • However, the logo remains the exclusive property of Fhullbring Jamaica unless purchased outright.

  • Cancellation or Service Termination

    • If you choose to discontinue service and take full ownership of your listing:

      • You may request a transfer of your Google Business Profile and logo rights for a one-time fee of $50,000 JMD.

      • Upon payment, we will transfer access to your listing and provide the logo files.

      • Your business email will be cancelled, as it is only active under our monthly service plan.

  • Non-Payment Policy

    • We reserve the right to disable or remove your Google listing and suspend your business email if monthly maintenance payments are not received.

    • A 5-day grace period will be provided after a missed payment before action is taken.
